These terms apply when you use MenuBloom at getmenubloom.com. By creating an account, you agree to them.
The service
MenuBloom lets restaurants and other businesses create a digital menu, translate it, and share it with guests through a QR code and web link.
Your account
You must provide a valid email address and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity in your account. Accounts are for businesses and their authorized staff.
Free trial
New accounts get a 7-day free trial with no payment required. When the trial ends, your menu page is paused for guests until you pay. You can still log in and edit your menu.
Price and payment
- The founding price is $99 per year per menu. The regular price is $139 per year.
- Founding customers keep $99 per year as long as they renew before their paid year ends. If a paid year ends without renewal, renewing later is at the regular price in effect at that time.
- Payment is made through PayPal. We activate your paid year within 24 hours of receiving payment.
- Plans do not renew automatically at this time. We email you before your year ends so you can renew.
- Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes, if any, are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
Refunds
If you are not happy, email us within 14 days of your payment for a full refund. After 14 days, payments are non-refundable, and your menu stays live until the end of the paid year.
Your content
You own the menu content and logos you upload. You give us permission to host, display, translate and format that content to provide the service. You confirm that you have the right to use what you upload and that your prices and allergen or dietary information are accurate. AI translations are provided as a convenience; please review them, especially for allergens and ingredients.
Acceptable use
Do not use MenuBloom for illegal content, content that infringes others' rights, misleading information, or attempts to disrupt or access the service without permission. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
QR codes and menu addresses
Your QR code points to your menu address on getmenubloom.com. If you change your menu address, previously printed QR codes stop pointing to your menu.
Availability
We work to keep MenuBloom available, but the service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may improve or change features over time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, MenuBloom is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending your account
You may stop using MenuBloom at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end or suspend accounts that break these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we will update the date above and notify account owners by email.
